I offer walk & talk therapy sessions because I know how helpful it is to move through your experiences when you’re feeling stuck.

My clients appreciate that I’m down-to-earth and relational.

I connect with you as a fellow human.

Across the course of our work, you might find that things don’t feel so heavy as before. I will help you identify why you’re stuck, and gently challenge you when needed. But I’ll never push you if you’re not ready.

My hope is for you to feel empowered, to find your own voice, and to experience belonging and connection.

MY APPROACH TO THERAPY

  • Through curiosity, compassion, and thoughtfulness, I focus on understanding who you are so I can best support your journey of introspection. I view therapy as a collaborative relationship, and because the connection between clinician and client is one of the strongest predictors of success, I believe healing happens through authentic connection.

  • While I’m here to support you, I believe every client holds the key to unlocking their own potential. Our work together is tailored to your needs and goals. Respecting your capacity while gently challenging you to grow is what makes our time together meaningful.

  • We all live within systems that shape our lives. Often, individuals believe they are “the problem,” overlooking the impact of these systems—family, culture, religion, or society at large. Through a systemic lens, we can explore what you’ve learned from them and choose what no longer serves you.
