  • I work with adults in Illinois & Texas. Some of my clients are new or expecting moms. Some identify as people of color, immigrants, or third-culture folks.

  • Virtual therapy is available to residents of Illinois and Texas.

    Walk & talk therapy is available in SW Austin, Texas.

    Supervision is available for therapists seeking LPC licensure in Texas.

  • Initial 55-min session: $180

    Ongoing 55-min sessions: $160

    Sliding-scale fees are available. Please inquire if needed.

  • I accept United/Optum and LYRA insurance.

    If you have another insurance, and would like to use out-of-network benefits, I am able to provide superbills (detailed invoices), which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • I cater sessions to your personality and the way you receive information. We establish goals early on, to hold us both accountable to your progress. Whatever you bring to each session, I will help you make connections and see the big themes.

    I weave together modalities like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT(Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) — which include psychological skill-building & connection with your values.

  • I have availability Tuesday through Thursday, between 8:30AM and 3:30PM CT.
