We’ll meet at one of two scenic trails in Southwest Austin, Texas. As we walk and talk, you determine our pace. Postpartum moms, you are welcome to bring baby in a stroller.

  • Walk & talk therapy combines the healing power of nature with the therapeutic experience.

  • We’ll meet a trail in SW Austin, Texas. We will confirm the address and exact meeting spot beforehand. Please bring water and any medication you may need. Bathrooms/portables are available at certain points along each trail. 

    You determine our pace, and we’ll time our walking so that we end up at the start of the trail by the end of the session.
