Find your voice and live authentically.

You deserve to be heard and seen for your authentic self.

Does any of this resonate with you?

You feel stuck, discouraged, and defeated, like the weight of the world is suffocating you.

  • You’ve tried therapy before, but felt like you didn’t make progress… or the therapist would just smile and nod, and you needed more.

  • You don’t know yourself, or where in the world you belong. Maybe you’re other-ed in the U.S. because you don’t “look American” – but when you go back home, you’re other-ed because you don’t fit in there either.

  • You feel guilty, wondering if you can even own your identity if the people themselves don’t see you as part of them. It is painful to not have a real sense of home.

You live under external pressures – from culture, religion, family. Though you’re used to carrying these burdens, a part of you wants permission to not carry it all.

  • Maybe you’re a postpartum mom, starting every day exhausted and burnt out… and wondering why you don’t feel happy even after having the child you always wanted.

  • You have a tendency to “power through” everything (even if it means accidentally hurting yourself)… but with everything going on, your usual coping strategies aren’t working anymore.

  • The way you’re living is not authentic to who you are… and you’re ready for something to change.

I want to remind you:

You’re not crazy for feeling this way.

You’re not wrong for being who you are – even if others don’t understand you.

Your feelings are valid – from anger, rage, grief, fear, and sadness, to the parts of you that want to avoid feeling at all.

I am here with you.

noha khalifa, bipoc therapist in austin, texas

Hi! I’m Noha, a therapist in Austin, Texas.

In therapy, you do not have to hide your anger or pretend that everything is okay.

Being an immigrant myself, I understand what it’s like to be other-ed, and how heavy these times are. That is why this work is so important to me. I believe you deserve to be heard and seen for your authentic self, without judgment or conditions.

I work with adults who are ready to live more authentically. Some of my clients are new or expecting moms. Some identify as people of color, immigrants, or third-culture folks.

Whatever your background, culture, or identities, you are welcome here.

People appreciate that I’m down-to-earth and relational.

I connect with you as a fellow human.

Across the course of our work, you might find that things don’t feel so heavy as before. I will help you identify why you’re stuck, and gently challenge you when needed. But I’ll never push you if you’re not ready.

My hope is for you to feel empowered, to find your own voice, and to experience belonging and connection.
